"Schools will receive the mark if:

How long will the award last?
The kitemarks are awarded each year — automatically through the school sport survey — so last for 12 months from when the awards are announced.
What does the school get?
Each school which qualifies for one of the kitemarks will receive a certificate. The school will also be able to use the kitemark logo for the relevant year on their headed paper and other documentation."
